Abyssinian oil

Abyssinian oil is rich in omega 3 and 6 (linolenic acid) fatty acids, vitamins such as A, B1, B2, B6, C E and various minerals. This oil is known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties for the skin. It is also an effective moisturiser that combats the signs of skin ageing and provides natural protection for the skin.

Akosky KISS

Akosky Kiss is a powerful ingredient derived from the germs of the plant called fenugreek. This proven effective ingredient increases lip volume and it reduces the visibility of "barcode" lines on the lips. It increases evenness, hydration and an even texture.

Allantoin

Allantoin is derived from comfrey root. It soothes and calms the skin and protects against dehydration. Allantoin supports the skin's repair capacity and combats itching, irritation, roughness and cracking. Moreover, allantoin has a light exfoliating effect, stimulating cell renewal.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera has a very positive effect on damaged skin. It works healing, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and has an antiseptic effect. This causes acne, pimples, sunburns and other skin irritations to calm down faster. Aloe vera is packed with amino acids, vitamins A, C and E (antioxidants) that fight premature skin ageing.

Amino acids

Building blocks of proteins that regulate the skin's pH level and provide a protective film layer. Also help to support the protective function of the cell membrane.

Argan oil

The fruits of the Moroccan Argan tree bear seeds, from which pure Argan oil is pressed. This natural oil is not only used for preparing food, but is a valuable enrichment and powerful antioxidant for the skin in particular. It strengthens the skin's natural protection mechanism and prevents stress reactions in the skin thanks to its effective resistance-boosting and vitalising effect. Argan oil contains an exceptionally high content of essential fatty acids, for an intensive restorative 
the skin's fat/moisture balance. Through this repair, the natural skin barrier is optimised. Linoleic acid, the precursor of vitamin F, is present in Argan oil as much as 3x more than in olive oil, regulating and stabilising sebum production.

Argireline

Is a Hexapeptide (a chain of 6 natural amino acids,bound to a fragment of acetic acid) and has a clinically proven, both immediate and long-term relaxing effect on the skin. Ensures that nerve impulse transmission between the skin and muscles in the face is interrupted. Blocks the neurotransmitters (nerve signals) that cause facial muscles to tighten, by releasing the substance Acetylcholine into the skin. Gives stimulation of collagen production and cell renewal. Gives a skin relaxing effect on fine lines and wrinkles and a reducing effect on wrinkle depth.

Astaxanthin

The diamond among antioxidants, one of nature's most powerful and versatile antioxidants. Natural astaxanthin is produced in a unique biochemical process by photosynthetic bacteria, algae and yeasts. AstaCos comes from the microalga Haematococcus pluviais.It is a carotenoid made by plankton to resist the harmful effects of sunlight and oxygen. Due to its unique molecular structure, it works very effectively against free radicals. It has both hydrophilic and lipophilic components in its structure. This allows it to act effectively in the lipid double layer of the skin. Due to its location along the entire cell membrane, astaxanthin protects both the inside and outside of the cell membrane unlike other antioxidants. Due to its natural red colour, it also gives an even complexion to the skin, giving it a calmer appearance.

Aquaxyl

Extracted from sugars, this active ingredient optimises the circulation of moisture in all skin layers. It strengthens the barrier function of the skin in 24 hours and prevents moisture loss.

Avocado-oil

Avocado oil is packed with vitamin E and antioxidants that protect the skin from free radicals, strengthen the skin barrier and combat skin ageing. It also soothes skin irritations and has a regenerating effect.

Asian water pennywort

The humble water plant CentellaAsiatica is a perennial marsh plant from the umbellifer family found in tropical regions. Repairs damaged skin and acts as a superfood and antioxidant for the skin. It stimulates the production of new collagen, provides tissue repair and reduces scarring. It also has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect and strengthens the inflamed.

Bakuchiol

A plant ingredient obtained from the leaves of the seeds of the Psoralea Corylifolia plant, also known as resin clover. It offers the same skin benefits as retinol, but without its annoying side effects. The seeds of this plant contain numerous phyto-chemicals, including flavonoids and coumarin. This extract creates firmer connective tissue by stimulating collagen synthesis. At the same time, it promotes the regeneration of the upper skin layers, ensuring evenness. Bakuchiol has good photostability, which ensures that the active ingredient does not lose its potency and is not broken down when exposed to UV radiation. It is a powerful antioxidant that visibly reduces skin discolouration caused by sun damage and external influences and counteracts the formation of free radicals.

Bemotrizonol

UV-absorbing filter for both UVA and UVB radiation. Is exceptionally photostable and works synergistically with the other UV filters.

Bicowhite®

This complex effectively tackles all processes involved in melanin formation to eliminate and prevent hyperpigmentation. It contains as many as 5 synergistic ingredients that brighten the skin. Vitamin C, Phytic Acid, Azeloglicin, Niacinamide and Alpha-Bisabolol which are delivered by the patented skin transport system Bicosome® (based on a double structure of natural lipids) get into the right skin layers to block excessive melanin production. But also to prevent oxidation and inflammation and reduce already formed spots faster. Caffeine

Calamina

Is a combination of zinc oxide, zinc carbonate and red iron oxide. Acts as a drying, absorbent and itching agent.

Calmosensin

This active ingredient stimulates the release of pro-endorphin that functions as a messenger for sensation and perception. This interrupts the muscle contractions that cause (expression) wrinkles. This activity of Calmosensine™ 
not only has a relaxing effect on wrinkle formation, but will also have a positive effect on acne and reactive skin after, for example, excessive sun exposure. The soothing effects of Calmosensine™ are directly reflected in the epidermal nerve cells by influencing heat, pain and mechanical transmission, as well as the nervous control of muscle contractions.

Camphor

Camphor is obtained from the wood of the camphor tree. It soothes and cools the skin and acts as an antiseptic. Camphor reduces inflammation and works effectively against acne and blackheads. Camphor also supports the skin's healing ability and reduces redness, itching and irritation.

Chamomile extract

Chamomile is a very powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from harmful free radicals that can cause skin damage. It stimulates cell renewal, refines skin texture and counteracts the visible signs of skin ageing. In addition, chamomile soothes the skin and softens pigmentation spots and dark circles around the eyes.

Cannabidiol

It reduces overactive skin cells, calming the skin. Redness is effectively addressed and blemishes caused by impurities are significantly reduced. Cannabidiol balances sebum production and has antioxidant properties. It calms the way the skin reacts to external factors that contribute to causing various skin problems such as eczema, rosacea, irritation and redness. CBD also inhibits the activity of MMP1 (matrix metalloprotease-1), an enzyme that breaks down collagen in the skin and contributes to skin ageing.

Ceracute®F

Specially developed to mimic natural ceramide structures. Ceramides are lipids found in the epidermis and are the building blocks of beautiful, healthy and supple skin. Has a moisture-binding capacity that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in the short term. Good skin affinity makes skin feel and look smoother immediately. Has a powerful supporting property for the skin in restoring its tone and elasticity. Has a strengthening effect on vitamin C.

Cetearyl Alcohol

Fat component extracted from coconut, replenishes the lipid surface and forms an excellent base for UV filters. Delays moisture loss through the skin, by forming a protective layer on the skin surface.

Citric acid (AHA) 

Citric acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (fruit acid) that regulates acidity, acts antiseptically and supports the skin's repairing ability. Citric acid is packed with antioxidants that help the skin fight premature skin ageing.

Cocoglycerides

A mixture of fatty acids extracted from coconut oil. Conditioning and softening.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is packed with essential fatty acids that optimally moisturise the skin and make it supple and soft. In addition, coconut oil contains vitamin E (antioxidant) and acts as an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, helping to repair minor irritations and wounds.

Crodamol isis

A blend of natural fatty acids and fatty oils, which have a powerful effect on restoring the natural skin barrier function.

Cucumber

Rich in essential fruit acids, sugars, minerals, proteins, vitamins, phosphorus, sulphur and phytohormones. Works purifying, cooling and soothing on the skin.

Defensil

Plant-based ingredient as a natural alternative to cortisone. Helps rapidly irritated or very sensitive skins, eczema and after intensive treatments (e.g. with fruit acids). Provides an immediate and comfortable soothing effect and quickly restores the skin's natural protection mechanism, allowing the skin to protect itself optimally again. Also has a protective effect on the Langerhans cells in the skin.

Delice extreme

This is a combination of pecan oil and an extract of sugar maple bark and sap. Native American tribes used pecan oil in natural remedies as an aid in curing and preventing diseases as far back as ancient times. Pecans are rich in unsaturated fats and contain various vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The combination with sugar maple extract provides a mild keratolytic effect and a soothing, anti-inflammatory effect on the skin.

Skin conditioner derived from natural oil, with a soothing effect and also acts as a solvent. Has a mattifying effect on the skin and improves its texture.

Dimethicone

Has the ability to deposit a thin film on the skin. In this way it not only protects the skin, but also ensures that the active ingredients stay where they are needed.

Ethylhexyl Salicylate

An oil-soluble chemical sunscreen that absorbs UVB radiation.

Ethylhexyl Triazone

An oil-soluble chemical sunscreen derived from PABA that absorbs UVB radiation.

Ferulic Acid

A powerful antioxidant that can effectively address the adverse effects of air pollution, mouth masks and UV or infrared radiation on the skin. It forms a protective layer on the skin that can ward off the action of these harmful external influences. This also slows down the skin ageing process. Ferulic Acid ensures that free radicals are tackled, preventing them from further damaging the skin. Thanks to its powerful antioxidant action, the skin's resistance to these external influences is improved and the natural skin barrier is strengthened.

Fucogel

High-viscosity polysaccharide. Gives a soft, non-greasy feeling on the skin. For long-lasting and immediate hydration.

Ginkgo Biloba

Natural antioxidant. Also promotes good circulation and oxygenation, thus improving the overall health and tone of the skin.

Glycerine

Glycerine is considered the best moisturiser that actively protects the N.M.F. of the skin. Glycerin is able to draw moisture from the environment and deeper skin layers and retain it at the skin surface. Glycerin is easily absorbed by the skin after which it creates a kind of water reservoir in the upper layers of the skin. This gives the skin optimal protection against drying out.

Glycolic acid

Glycolic acid is a fruit acid (AHA) with a fine molecular structure that penetrates deep into the skin. At high percentages (>15%), glycolic acid dissolves the bonds between skin cells, reducing adhesion and promoting exfoliation. At lower percentages, it stimulates cell renewal, acts hydrating and skin-enhancing, and allows active ingredients to be absorbed deeper into the skin.

Golden Seaweed

Extract from brown marine algae (Antileukin-6®), which provides DNA protection against the harmful effects of the sun and oxidative stress. Also has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Granactive Retinoid

This intensive skin-enhancing ingredient works just as well as traditional Vitamin A, albeit with minimised risk of skin irritation. Granactive Retinoid is an ester of Retinolic acid. This active ingredient is unique in that it binds directly to retinoid receptors in the skin without affecting the skin's metabolism. Metabolism, as more traditional vitamin A preparations might do. Granactive Retinoid combats fine lines and wrinkles, improves skin elasticity and creates firm skin with a remarkably soft and refined texture. Skin clarity is also improved, for a remarkably healthy and radiant complexion. Dark spots and other imperfections diminish for more even skin. Large pores and acne are effectively addressed for flawless, fresh and clear skin.

Grapeseed oil

Powerful antioxidant with a supportive effect on the enzymes in the skin. The oil is a valuable source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, for an intensively emollient and protective effect.

GWhite VCE

One of the best-known derivatives of vitamin C and has very stable chemical properties as it is resistant to light, heat and oxidation. It inhibits tyrosinase activity and prevents melanin synthesis, improves skin tone, promotes collagen synthesis and improves skin elasticity. Gwhite VCE is lipophilic and hydrophilic, making it easier to penetrate the dermis to counteract the biological effects of the development of hyperpigmentation. It is a strong antioxidant that effectively clears free radicals.

Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is one of the best thirst quenchers for the skin. It is a substance that also occurs naturally in the skin and regulates N.M.F. Hyaluronic acid is able to retain moisture which prevents dehydration, softens fine lines and wrinkles and makes the skin look smoother and plumper.

IBR-CLC-Concentrated

Colourless cartenoid from dead sea algae, for intensive protection of the skin from within. Superantioxidant with a skin-lightening effect and an activator for the other ingredients. Also provides stabilisation of the final product.

Jojoba oil

Jojoba oil is full of essential fatty acids and vitamin E (antioxidant). It regulates sebum secretion, acts as an anti-inflammatory and supports the skin's repair capacity. It also protects the skin from dehydration and helps protect against free radicals that cause skin ageing.

Kaolin

This mineral-rich clay is rich in silicon, has connective tissue strengthening and powerful absorbing properties against excess sebum, waste products and impurities. Also has an intensively soothing and calming effect on skin irritations and sensitive skin.

Lactic acid

Lactic acid is a plant-based alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). It regulates the skin's acidity, acts as a moisturiser and antiseptic. It also supports collagen production and has an exfoliating effect. This stimulates the production of new cells and combats skin ageing.

Lactobacillus

Fermented rye is obtained by fermenting rye flour to which the micro-organism Lactobacillus has been added which acts as a probiotic for the skin. It has a demonstrated and proven effect as an antifungal and antimicrobial active ingredient. This makes this active ingredient very suitable for treating acne, rosacea and even eczema. Fermented rye contains as many as 6 of the 8 essential amino acids that are of great importance for the cell metabolism of living cells in the epidermis and are an important component of the NMF. They are also the first defence against free radicals. It also contains a number of important vitamins including vitamins B3 and B5 to soothe the skin and make it more resilient.

Lacotbionic Acid

Lactobionic acid acts as an effective, mild exfoliant and powerful antioxidant. It maintains the skin's moisture balance.

Lanolin

Has strong similarities to the fats present on the skin which is important for skin lipid replenishment.

Larch

Intensive skin-repairing, vegetable oil. Regulates pH and the natural acid mantle, is turgor-boosting and toning. Softens the skin and increases the penetrating power of the product.

Lecithin

Nourishing active ingredient for the skin, rich in foffolipids, glycolipids and triglycerides (fatty acids).

Lime extract

Cooling and soothing. Refreshes the skin and has a mild antioxidant effect.

Macadamia oil

Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (including omega 3, 6, 7), vitamin B and natural antioxidants. Intensively emollient and nourishing. Gives a supple and well-hydrated feeling to the skin. Optimally replenishes the fat/moisture balance and is easily absorbed by the skin. Protects the skin against dehydration and premature ageing. Offers naturally low sun protection and stimulates natural melanin production (natural 'bronzer').

Mandelic Acid

An extract (10%) derived from bitter almonds, which belongs to the AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids). Thanks to its larger molecule in terms of exfoliating active ingredient, this exfoliant penetrates less deeply into the skin and allows a more controlled renewal of the epidermis and has its effect on the deeper skin layers. It works excellently on rosacea (especially post-inflammatory), on acne due to its antimicrobial action and sebum reduction, on already formed hyperpigmentation and it provides a regeneration of the skin's own collagen and elastin fibers, for a noticeably and visibly firmer and smoother skin. It accelerates cell turn-over and removes dead skin cells by dissolving the connecting bridges between cells.

Marigold

Rich in vitamins and proteins with a purifying effect. Also has a calming and resistance-enhancing effect.

Matrixyl™ Peptides

Stimulates the deeper skin layers (especially the collagen Peptides: elastin and glycosaminoglycan production by stimulating fibroblasts) and helps to intensively accelerate skin repair. Firmness and suppleness will also improve as the immune system is positively affected.

Menthol

Has a cooling, refreshing and invigorating effect.

Methyl nicotinate

Promotes circulation in the skin in a very powerful way and leaves it feeling supple. Improves dry and damaged skin.

Mica

Mica is a collective name for a group of minerals. These minerals have some unique properties due to their special structure and composition. Often processed into powder, mica provides a pleasant powdery skin feel. Obtained from the Indian state of Jharkhand and 100%  guaranteed child labour-free.

Modukine

Advanced milk protein with anti-irritant properties. Stimulates the keratinocytes and lymphocytes in the skin intensively and has a constructive effect with regard to the skin's natural protective layer. Also has a protective effect on the Langerhans cells in the skin.

Montanov

This is a 100% natural emulsifier with a matte, silky-smooth finish and a powerful moisturising effect.

Niacinamide

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) strengthens the skin barrier, has a hydrating effect (protects the N.M.F.) and activates collagen and elastin production. It is a natural antioxidant that protects the skin and effectively combats the first signs of premature skin ageing. In addition, niacinamide reduces hyperpigmentation and redness.

Nordihydroguaiaretic acid

The acid derived from the creosote bush acts as a powerful antioxidant to defuse free radicals.

Olive oil

Olive oil contains a high dose of antioxidants that protect the skin from harmful external influences. The many essential fatty acids in olive oil protect the skin from rough patches and drying out.

Paraffin

Easily binds to impurities, excess sebum and make-up, allowing them to be easily removed.

Pelavie®

Ingredient based on bentonite. This mineral-rich, originally volcanic type of clay, contains a high content of sodium, humic acids and more than 70 trace elements. Humic acids are known for their powerful purifying and anti-inflammatory effects and support of natural skin repair. Bentonite has a powerful binding effect on waste products and impurities ('detox effect'). This natural ingredient also activates the release of oxygen into the skin and respects the skin's natural protective layer.

Perfluarodecalin

A fluorocarbon and derivative of decalin, which is used to bind oxygen and transport it into the skin. Has a revitalising effect and contributes contributes to skin regeneration.

Pumpkin seed extract

Pumpkin seed extract has a normalising effect on both sebum production and inflammatory reactions. It also has a powerful antioxidant effect and a constructive function with regard to the natural fat-moisture balance, thanks to its essential fatty acid content.

Provitamin A

Provitamin A that is converted by the skin into vitamin A. Vitamin A is a vitamin that is in short supply in older skin conditions. It is also a very strong antioxidant and has the ability to reduce sun damage. Reduces flaking and gives suppleness to the skin.

Pro-vitamin D3 

Is converted by the skin into vitamin D3. It has antioxidant activity, reduces inflammation and acne and has moisturising properties. It also helps reduce dry skin. Both acne-prone skin and dry and itchy skin often see vitamin D3 deficiency.

Pullulan

Polysaccharide extracted from yeast (Aureobasidium pullulans). Helps prevent dehydration of skin cells, helps protect the skin from degeneration and promotes the mixing of molecules inside and outside cell nuclei. Has a film-forming ability which gives an immediate improving effect on the surface of the skin. Can positively influence the pH build-up. 

Regu-Seb

A combination of Argan oil, Saw Palmetto, Sesame oil and various Plantesterols. It ensures long-term sebum regulation and improves the natural skin resistance. This multifunctional ingredient can make oilier skin conditions feel less oily and help soothe irritations.

Rice germ oil

The component of rice germ oil called Oryzanol is a powerful antioxidant with a high content of vitamin E. Also acts as a natural UV filter.

Ronacare AP 

This powerful and long-lasting antioxidant protects the skin against light-activated free radicals and ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species, or the harmful by-products formed during the normal metabolism of oxygen). Salicylic acid

Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) with a coarse molecular structure that makes it work on the surface of the skin. A salicylic acid peel dissolves the bonds between skin cells and promotes exfoliation. Salicylic acid dissolves accumulated sebum and in lower percentages it acts as a moisturiser and anti-inflammatory. In creams, salicylic acid allows active ingredients to be absorbed deeper into the skin.

Sebuless™

Syringa vulgaris extract, better known as the 'common' lilac bush, comes from the 'olive family'. It reduces excessive sebum production, inflammation hyperkeratinisation and hyperpigmentation. It is a very suitable active ingredient to even out skin texture, reduce sebum, (hyper)pigmentation and mattify oily skin. Reducing (hyper)pigmentation and mattifying oily skin.

Sepi-lift®DPHP

Acts firming, protecting the intercellular substance and as a powerful antioxidant. Has a collagen-enhancing effect and a protective effect on the intercellular substance. Contains Hydroxyproline, a natural amino acid, essential for the skin with respect to collagen synthesis. Has naturally high affinity for the skin's own proteins.

Silica

Silica is the oxide of silicon, or silicic acid. It absorbs sweat and oils in the skin. Silica's spherical particles improve the smoothness and spread of the cream. It creates a smooth and even skin texture.

Silica oils

Protective and emulsifying. Also ensure the smooth texture of the formula.

Snakeweed oil

Snakeweed oil is extracted from the seed of the Echium plant (Echium plantagineum) by cold-pressing. It is rich in essential fatty acids, especially omega 6 fatty acids, which help build the skin's protective function. The oil also acts against infections and reduces flaking of subcutaneous tissue, improving skin texture. Used, for example, for eczema and irritation.

Sodium Laureth Sulphate

Wax-active ingredient that absorbs (contaminated) oils and fats from the skin. This greatly increases the skin's absorption capacity and will enable faster results.

Soybean oil

Soybean oil has many similarities with skin's own lipids. It gives optimal protection to the N.M.F. and thus ensures optimal hydration of the skin. In addition, soybean oil supports the skin's repair capacity and activates cell renewal. 

Sorbitan Stearate

An ester of stearic acid. Sorbitol sugar obtained from mail starch. Softens the skin.

Sorbitol

Sorbitol has a strong moisturising effect and retains moisture in the skin for a long time. It protects the N.M.F. It is able to draw moisture from the environment and the deeper skin layers and retain it at the skin surface retention.

Squalane

Natural Moisturising Factor for the skin, or in other words it helps the skin to retain moisture for a long time and keeps it supple and soft.

Stearic Acid

Stearic acid. Fatty acid that occurs naturally in certain foods. Acts as a cleansing agent and emulsifier. 

Sunflower oil
