Still not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That is annoying, and we would like to do something about it!
What you can expect from us:
- Return your product for free.
- 30 days reflection period after receiving your product.
- Exchange product? Upon receipt, we ship your new product the same day.
- Money-Back? We Refund the amount within two working days after receipt
- Easily report your return via our return portal
What we don't do:
- We will not take a product that is no longer in its original state, for example:
- The box around the product is no longer present
- You broke the seal
- The product is used
- You did not buy the product in our store, so we don't take it back
- We don't Credit the shipping costs
What do we expect from you?
- That your return is presented well packed at the service point of the carrier
- If you return the entire order, you also return the free gift or sample. If this does not happen, we will deduct the costs thereof from the credit invoice
- That if you return part of the order and as a result, the value of the other products falls below the minimum order amount of 39 euros, we will still settle the shipping costs with the credit invoice of the return.
- The return is offered as soon as possible at the service point of the carrier, but at the latest within 3 working days after notification.
NOTE: Returning a package is the responsibility of the customer, losing your package at the carrier is at all times the risk of the customer!
