Your order will be delivered by DHL. You will receive a track & trace message as soon as we have offered your order to DHL. This message states: Shipment not yet received or processed. As soon as DHL includes your order in the delivery process, this status changes and your track & trace will show an indication of the time and day on which DHL expects to deliver your order.

Delivery to your home or work

If you choose this delivery option, you can indicate on which day you would like your order delivered to the delivery address specified by you (home or work). By default, if you order on working days before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. In the check-out it is immediately indicated when you can expect your order.

This option is available for both the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery to your home or work with signature & insurance*

This option replaces the standard delivery option 'delivery to your home or work' when you spend from €200 euros and offers more security because your order will be sent insured. You can also choose this option under €200, but it is a paid option. DHL asks for your signature upon delivery.

If you choose this delivery option, you can indicate on which day you would like your order delivered to the delivery address you specified. By default, if you order on working days before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. In the check-out it is immediately indicated when you can expect your order.

This option is available for both the Netherlands and Belgium

Deliver to your home or work, do not deliver to the neighbors

If you choose this delivery option, you can indicate on which day you would like your order delivered to the delivery address specified by you (home or work). By choosing this option, you prevent DHL from delivering the package to your neighbors and only deliver it to your home address. By default, if you order on working days before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. In the check-out it is immediately indicated when you can expect your order.

This option is only available in the Netherlands

Evening delivery on Monday to Friday

If you choose this delivery option, you can indicate on which day you would like your order delivered to the delivery address you specified. By default, if you order on working days before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Delivery will then take place in the evening between 17:30 and 21:30. In the check-out it is immediately indicated when you can expect your order.

This option is only available in the Netherlands up to an amount of 200 euros.

DHL Parcel Shop

If you choose this delivery option, you can indicate on which day you would like your order delivered to the DHL Parcelshop indicated by you. By default, if you order on working days before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. In the check-out it is immediately indicated when you can pick up your order at the DHL Parcelshop.

This option is available for all countries where we deliver except Italy.

Pick up at our warehouse

With this option it is possible to pick up your package at our warehouse, the collection times are between 10:00 - 17:00 and are ready for you the next working day after ordering.

Packages with a value above 200 euros are standard delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium under the following shipping method:
