Returns & Order Cancellation (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

1. Click the "Start a Return or Cancellation" button.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the product(s) you wish to return or cancel.
4. Submit your request.
5. You will immediately receive a confirmation of your request by email.

Has your order already been shipped?

No problem.

Even if your order has already been shipped, you can still exercise your legal right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period. Once your cancellation has been registered, you can return the products by following the instructions provided in our Returns & Cancellation Portal.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your cancellation request, we will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your request.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products, or until you have provided proof that you have returned them.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Can I return or cancel only part of my order?

Yes.

Using the form, you can select which products you wish to keep and which products you would like to return or cancel. There is no need to return your entire order.

Are there any products that cannot be returned or cancelled?

Most products are covered by the legal right of withdrawal.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products with a broken seal may not be eligible for return. Custom-made or specially ordered products may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Important Conditions

• You must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order.
• After submitting your request, please return the products as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.
• Please handle the products with care to prevent damage.
• Return the products complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. Otherwise, we may be unable to accept the return.
