IDEAL

How does iDEAL work? You place an order with hethannahhuis.nl. When paying for the order, you can indicate that you want to pay with iDEAL. Then click on the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You will then be redirected to your bank, where the payment order is ready for you.

For an order with an iDEAL payment, there are no additional costs, so you only pay for the delivery costs of your order.

TRANSFER BY BANK

Transfer by bank means that, after entering your order, you first transfer the order amount yourself to the account of Huidinstituut de Orchidee (parent company of hethannahhuis.nl). This can be done with internet banking from your bank.

• Prepayment is safe and does not involve any extra costs.
• Consider one to three working days transfer time.
• Indicate the order number from your order confirmation when transferring.
• Upon receipt of your payment, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt via e-mail, after which we usually send the order the same day.

For an order with a "Transfer by Bank", 0,25€ will be charged in connection with the manual processing of the order.

Do you have internet banking at ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank or SNS Bank?

Consider iDEAL, a free payment method where you also pay via your trusted internet banking software. At iDEAL, hethannahhuis.nl knows directly whether the payment has been approved. Your order will be dealt with immediately, so you will have the products ordered earlier.

PAYPAL

PayPal is a safe and straightforward way of paying via the internet, without payment costs and linked to a bank or giro account. Once you are a (free) participant of the PayPal payment system, you can transfer payments to another PayPal participant by e-mail.

If desired, you can also link a credit card to your PayPal account so that you can also transfer amounts via this method.

For Paypal payments hethannahhuis charges €1,95 euro payment costs, because of the costs Paypal charges for this way of payment. The costs will be added to your order after you have chosen 'Paypal' when completing your order. 

MISTER CASH

Mister Cash is becoming an increasingly popular way of paying in Belgium. Therefore, their use is simple, fast, safe, and reliable. If you also start using Mister Cash, you can apply for this at the bank where you bank. You will then receive a card and a PIN code. Therefore, it is unnecessary to take out a separate subscription, and there are no additional costs involved.

Since 2006 it has been possible to make payments via the Internet with Mister Cash. Since there are many transactions via the internet these days, this is very useful. For example, if you want to pay for something you have ordered via the internet and pay with Mister Cash, this can be compared to payment by credit card. All you need is the number of the card and the expiration date. Then, your payment is processed by the payment system of the relevant authority, and it takes you to the payment screen of your bank, where you have to enter the remaining data.

SOFORT BANKING

SOFORT Banking is the direct payment method of SOFORT AG. With SOFORT Banking, you can easily make a transfer for the appropriate amount via your online banking during the order. hethannahhuis.nl receives after completion a real-time confirmation from SOFORT Banking. This way, we can send the goods directly - you will receive your purchases faster.

SOFORT Banking meets the high-security standards of online banking and has TÜV-tested protection of personal data. In addition, you do not have to register, and you do not need a credit card. Instead, you pay easily, safely, and quickly directly via your online bank account.

For an order with a Sofort Banking payment, there are no additional costs, so you only pay for the delivery costs of your order.

KLARNA - Postpay (Netherlands)

Klarna - Postpay (Netherlands) Klarna carries out the complete postpay payment process for www.hethannahhuis.nl. You will receive a digital invoice from Klarna via e-mail to pay for the purchased product (s). How does it work:

• Select 'Klarna: Pay afterward' as the payment method in the ordering process.
  You enter your details and complete the order.
• With the first order, you create a Klarna account, where the name, billing address, date of birth, telephone number, and e-mail address must be entered.
• You only enter your e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth for each recurring order.
• After completing the order, you will receive an e-mail with a payment request. The amount is added to the outstanding amount in your Klarna account.
• You pay according to your preference through the online customer portal of Klarna or the Klarna app.

GOOGLE PAY - APPLE PAY

Paying with this payment method has the advantage that you can make your payment quickly and easily. You need to place a debit card in your wallet once to use this method. You will be asked for the following information

• The delivery address
• your shipping preference

After entering this information, you can now complete the payment process with a straightforward button, and your order will be sent by default to the address you have indicated in your wallet. It couldn't be more convenient!
